Founder, Aliya is the driving force behind the company. In 2017, Miss Alia started a journey for her passion of cooking for the authentic flavor she missed in UAE.
With nothing but a home kitchen, an Instagram page & support of her husband, she started,
Signature Cuisine by Alia- a homemade style food business in a professional kitchen.
Every order, every review and every satisfied customer became motivation to push forward, despite all the entrepreneurial challenges. What started as a humble setup soon grew into a household name, with chef Alia now managing a professional team and with customers across UAE, trusting Alia's Signature Taste for their no-cook day, celebrations, feasts, and family gatherings.
